Living-room. Dining room. Kitchen. 3 bedrooms. Laundry. Bathroos or toilet on each level. Air-conditioning (heat pump Hot/ Cold). Barbecue.
First and second levels are on ground floor,due to the configuration of the land.
1th (lower) level: Overlooking a courtyard-parking. 2 bedrooms, one of which access to the courtyard. Bathroom with patio. Laundry/ Ironing with washing machine.
2d level: main entrance to the common area: living room, dining room, kitchen and toilet.
3d level: attic room with access stairs from the living room, equipped with shower and lavabo. Panorama on the Asinara gulf and the Corsica island.
(Groups up to 16 people can add to this the renting of an adjacent house with an other pool www.casamarcellino.it )

Hello,
I'm Colette. My husband is Mauro. We are a Sardinian-French couple retired since 2010.
We met students in Florence. We have two adult children and we are very happy to be grandparents twice since a few years.
Former teachers of French for me and of architecture for my husband, we appreciate sailing, art, good food, travel, friends, family and, of course, convivial meetings ....
We will be very happy to welcome you in our "house of the sundial"!
